To make drum chandelier, measure the circumference and the height of the drum shade and write the number on a piece of paper. Choose a fabric that is at least one to two inches wider than the height of the drum shades to cover the outside of the drum shadow and fold over the top and bottom and slide inside.

The next steps to make drum chandelier, place the design on the fabric down on the surface so that the back of the fabric facing up. Place the drum shade in the center of the fabric.  Choose the lampshade holding the fabric in place. Press the lower part of the fabric through the bottom of the shade drum. Pull the fabric tight so that lies right against the outside of the drum shade. Trim any excess fabric.

Fold the fabric over the top of the drum shade and use the hot glue to secure the fabric to the top inside edge of the lampshade. The last steps to make drum chandelier, pull the fabric stretched so that it lies against the circumference of the shadow and wrap the lower part of the fabric under the lower edge of the shade, then glue it.
